We needed Josh to remove 16 overgrown Leylandii trees, including the stumps and a couple of other trees for us. We cannot believe the difference! There is now so much more light and useable square footage in the garden. He explained what the job would entail and was very prompt and professional. Afterwards, he ensured the garden was left clean and tidy. He obviously takes great pride in his work. We cannot recommend him highly enough and will definitely be using him again in the future. “The large garden at our property needed an overhaul after a few years of neglect. Josh set to work promptly and cleared overgrown shrubs, removed trees, tidied up the borders and mulched everything. He let us know what he was going to do and completed it quickly for a fair price. It would’ve taken me weeks to do the work that Josh did over a few days. We found about Josh and his company, whilst he was undertaking another job for a neighbour. Once finished, he came over and gave a competitive quote. We had had a quote previously and Josh was competitive, knew what he was doing and came recommended by our neighbour. Josh was, unfortunately, unable to come due to freak weather and communicated to us early on that day that it wouldn’t be safe. He has now completed the tree stump grinding which was very complex in terms of access and all 3 being on a slope. He was persistent with the job and has now made it possible for me to plant some lovely shrubs, instead of having 3 large eyesores of tree and conifer stumps. Not only did he do a good job in removing the tree stumps, but he also did a fantastic job in clearing up and left our garden as he found it.

I explained the need to reduce and shape a tall flowering cherry tree, reduce and prune an old apple tree along with trimming and shaping extensive mixed hedging. At each stage of the work he advised appropriate treatment and let us know what he was doing as the work progressed and indeed explained how future growth may develop.
Josh took great care to protect planting close to parts of the hedges and was keen to leave the garden clean and tidy. It is a pleasure to look at his work and enjoy the garden.
